Located on the Hotel zone in Cancun's best beach area. Hotel was situated right on the beach. Has a better beach than adjacent, more expensive hotel
Absolutely nothing.

My wife and I were defenitely impressed with the hotel's staff, location and most importantly, the beach. This hotel has the nicest beach compared to the more expensive, adjacent hotels. Moreover, the hotel staff is in a very safe location that is constantly monitored by security personnel. In my opinion, it is the best hotel that I ever stayed in for the money and location. Hotel also offers a fridge, a small kitchen and comfortable beds. read more

The hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable and the beach was awesome.
The food was a little blend.

Excellent location, simple but clean and large rooms.

Beautiful beach, large rooms with comfortable beds and no unnecessary flourishes. All rooms have a terrace or patio. Hotel restaurants are basic, but fine. This is a great hotel if you're looking to explore the rest of Cancun.

I have stayed here before and went back because of the location, beach, abundant palm trees, beach bar restaurant and excellent staff.

Horrible, rude staff, hotel food disgusting. Never again!
Rude staff! Unfriendly staff! Horrible food. Horrible hotel!

Do not stay in this hotel! The staff is very unfriendly! The food was disgusting. Although it is a 10 minute walk to the strip, do not stay at this hotel. Low class staff. They want to charge you for everything! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Bugs in our room. Didn't take out trash in our kitchen.

The Ambiance is super clean and located just perfect.

My wife and I have traveled the world and the Ambiance is a first class resort with a free breakfast to die for! The beach access is world-class, the staff always friendly, the restaurant was excellent! Tour staff was outstanding. We recommend going SCUBA through Javier the hotel tour-guy!
