Very friendly business owned hotel.
Very unkempt exterior.

The interior was very clean. There is what looks like glue stains on the counter tops were soap dish etc. was once glued. There is no pool available. The hotel is within distance of a mall, eating establishment etc.The exterior definitely needs lots of attention.

Not clean, bad odor, not worth the cost.

We paid for 2 nights but were so dissatisfied we checked out a day early. We shouldn't have had to pay for that other night. I requested a first floor room because I have a broken ankle. Our room was upstairs. Bad experience.

Everything I didn't like.

Heater was not working (we were in chill winter). Carpets were dirty. No Proper breakfast and parking was not cleared of snow.
Water was much of chlorine.

Right off the interstate.
Foul odor, filthy, holes in the wall.

I would never stay at this hotel again. I simply wanted a place to sleep, not anything luxurious. It was not worth the cost.

Convenient to interstate, roads to Muncie; small square table is room was handy for working on a project.
Economy bedding pretty mediocre, continental breakfast was marginal at best.

Hotel was fine, mediocre, breakfast was disappointing Adequate for a weekend difficult to find rooms near Muncie (Ball State) For the price we paid, I think we can find more comfortable accommodations closer in Muncie and with a few nice touches if we book sooner
