Location & parking in front of room.
Needs updating badly & breakfast was awful.

Could be very cute - looks like they are trying. Free breakfast was very very weak coffee, day-old tasting donuts, cereal but milk left out & warm. Will go back but with own coffeepot.

Older hotel with a few upgrades. Still in need of further improvements. Staff was very friendly, courteous.
