It was clean, friendly, and very close to everything. Would highly recommend.

The owners were very friendly and the rooms were very homely and comfortable. It was close to the casino and places to eat. We enjoyed what we saw of kinder. Everyone was anxious to help and our room was cleaned and ready to go at the time of our arrival which was very favorable.

It 's close to the casino.
Roaches in all three rooms and not worth the price.
This hotel did not have the microwave or the coffee maker, or refrigerator in all the rooms I was told that I was to have called the hotel to make sure I got a room with those items I wanted. but the advertisement stated that all rooms come with them. One of the rooms I had had the refrigerator no microwave, and a clock radio the other room had the microwave clock radio and refrigerator. The room I was in did not have any not even a clock. All three rooms we fought roaches at night. The mattresses were hard and springy. read more

Nothing. Poor service from owner and operator on down to front desk clerk. My room had bloody mattress and bad odor.
This was my mother 70th birthday and had the worst experience ever.
The hotel was not good. After being in a very loud area due to the train that passes within a couple of feet from the hotel, I had a bloody matress and a very bad smelling room. After bringing my concerns to the staff no one did anything about this due to the manager was not on site. After contacting him and letting him know my problems and still he did nothing. He felt it was only 15% off worth of issues. I never used the room and my sister used the other room #153 and after being so upset and waiting a hour and 30 mins we left. 10 mins down the road we realized we left several sets of keys in room #153. After returing for my property the front desk told me she called the police and gave the keys to the police. We then had to go to the police station to get my property. The police couldnt even figure out why they couldnt have waited to see if we would come right back instead of giving our property to the police after we just had left within 10 minutes. Of course this was inconvienence to all of us. We had to get a phonebook and find out where the station was due to the front desk clerk could'nt tell us. Again I have had zero sleep, talked to and yelled at by both owner and front desk clerk, grossed out by this filthy room and to top it all off now I am on my way to find a police station in a small town for my keys which should have still been at the front desk of this hotel. I noticed the problems but so did the housekeepers. They even went to the desk clerk and told her the room had a bad matress and a bad odor and all she did was nodded her head and offered me 15% off and she said she had to pay this to me out of her pocket and thats all she was told by the owner to give on any hotel isssues. Close to Coushatta casino was only good point.
Dark stairs. Unfriendly and uncaring staff.
Dark stairs, we had an upstairs room. My son and daughter both fell coming down those dark stairs. Management did not seem to care. Will not stay there again. They even told us we had to get our room before we could go to the bathroom. We had traveled nearly 200 miles and needed to go to the bathroom. Continental breakfast was not very good coffee and cookies.

The room, the service, the location.
When we arrived to the room, everybody walked close together, afraid we were going to catch something. The floor (carpet) was filthy with stains and iron burns. The light and exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work (my son was too scared to use the bathroom). My daughter went out to our car and when she closed the door, the door bolt lock MX on the inside fell off. In less than 15 minutes, we went back to the front desk to tell them that we would not be staying because of the condition of the room and the manager refused to refund us our money. He said that he would make everything okay so I told him to start by putting in new and clean carpet. I also told him about the lock and everything else. He said that he could get me a light but that there was nothing he could do about the carpet. He said that in order to get a refund, I would have had to cancel 24 hours in advance. I tried to explain to him that we only made the reservation that day, that it would be impossible for me to give him 24 hours notice. He just smiled and said that that was his policy. We immediately canceled for the following night and I told him that I would be contacting my credit card company to not pay him, since we did not use his service. read more

The location.
This was a dirty dump.
For the price it was a dump. There was urine on the toilet and a dirty towel and hair in the shower. There were bugs in the room. Overall a horrible experience. I would definitely never stay there again. I will pay the extra $30 for a cleaner place.
