Not able to get internet.

Very small cramped room and difficult for two people to maneuver, unpack suitcase. Non-existent internet service prevented us from checking email, checking in to airline, & printing boarding passes.

We got extra pillows and the water was really hot, thats it.
The room was way too cramped for 4 people, pillows were sad, no closets, breakfast was not healthy and terrible. Hair in the bath. Never again.
