Decor, carpet was dirty - dirt rubbed off on my feet.

It is an older building. The infrastructure (Carpet, tile, shower, sinks etc.) are worn and do not make you feel comfortable. The outside appearance feels cozy.

The location was good & I slept well. I had free internet access. They lent me a hairdryer.
There were ants in the room.

Quaint, fairly comfortable hotel located near public transportation and about 10 minutes from the University of Berkeley. Office staff were friendly and efficient.

The office staff was great in helping me print documents for my meeting.

This quaint older hotel is in a safe neighborhood with a good restaurant and bakery across the street. The staff was very friendly and accommodating going out of their way to help me run copies for my meeting. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very helpful.
Carpet was old and dirty. There was no air conditioning.

If the price were less, business people might like this facility. However, I'm not sure they would want a room that has no air conditioning.
