Welcome to The Americas Best Value Inn of Brownsville, TN. We are located in West Tennessee, only 50 miles from Memphis and 30 miles from Jackson. We are a two story exterior corridor facility which offers 42 clean and comfortable Guest rooms. We also offer handicapped and jacuzzi Guest rooms as well. There is a miniature museum across the street at the Welcome Center, which exhibits the proud history of Brownsville. We are within walking distance of several fast food restaurants. We serve you a Complimentary fresh Continental Breakfast daily. All our Guest rooms are furnished with Hi-Speed Internet Access, Microwave, Mini-Fridge, Coffeemaker, Cable TV with HBO, Hairdryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Complimentary Local Calls and Wakeup Service. Convenient to the interstate and other restaurants.
Driving conditions within the parking lot were poor at best.

Ok for inexpensive very short stay. Attitude of young black American desk clerk was outstanding, however, management attitudes were found less friendly. Less likely to stay there again since 2 other motels are located to either side of the Best Western.

It was run down, the staff was rude, they had spiders.

I was very disappointed in my stay at that hotel, it was no where near the standard that I would have expected from price line.
