House keepers were very nice and friendly.
The desk people were rude, lost our reservation.

Because of the response we were greeted with. Which was rude and then they couldn't find our reservation (which I had called to confirm and they couldn't find it either). so that was twice. I wouldn't stay there again. The rooms were okay to sleep in for one night but that's it, I won't be back!

Too close to the freeway and was noisy.
