Very friendly receptionist.
Crowded room and noisy refrigerator.

Pro-friendly receptionist. Cons-door did not latch by itself (deadbolt had to be thrown), writing desk with no chair, small room was crowded with queen bed, large TV console, stuffed chair (could not get in front of desk due to bed), refrigerator and microwave pushed next to end of bed. The refrigerator was noisy enough to disturb my sleep all night.

The heat couldn't be regulated, no one cleaned, no tissues, there was a 1/2 inch crack around the door you could see outside.

It needs a lot of work, updates, better customer service.
