Neighborhood safe.
Unattractive exterior.

Full kitchen with no utensils. Refrig didn't work. No tub--just shower stall. New flat screen TV worked well. Difficult to enter parking lot if travelling north (U-turn required on narrow street).

Shower area need refurbishing and looks old.

I will stay again any time and would recommend it to friends and family.
