Welcome to Americas Best Value Inn of Dallas, Texas. We are conveniently located just off Loop 12 at Northwest Highway (Gardner Rd.). Our recently remodeled 90 guestrooms come equipped with cable TV with HBO, CNN, and ESPN. Our spacious air conditioned rooms also have complimentary wireless Internet access, coffee makers, AM/FM clock radios, iron/ironing boards, hairdryers, microwave and much more. Close to Love Field airport. Plenty of restaurants around to pick from.
My first and second room was not clean. First room mildew on the shower curtains. Second room cigarette holes in spread.

Very good location. I would stay again. Staff was very friendly.

It was close to Texas Stadium and really cheap.
Not the best area, we heard gunshots in the night.

We were going to a Cowboys game and this hotel was really close to the stadium and cheap so we could afford the luxury of avoiding traffic. However, this is not the nicest part of town and we heard gunshots in the nighttime. The bathroom was not clean, but the toilet was usable and the
TV worked so it was good enough. If you are like us and this hotel is convenient location, then its bearable, but this is not a family place and not somewhere I would want to stay for more than one night. read more

Good location to businesses, restaurants and shopping.

Overall stay was good, loved having a refridgerator, did not have coffee maker in rooms, .also no breakfast
