The staff was very friendly, the hot tub was hot.
The pool was too cold.

This hotel has improved greatly since I last stayed there a year ago. They still have some improvements they could make. The swimming pool was way too cold for children to enjoy swimming in at this time of year. It also closed too early, 9 pm. and in my opinions should have opened at 7 am. not 8 am. The continental breakfast was OK, but not great the bagels were somewhat stale. Considering that this hotel has a full kitchen available it would have been nice it there was hot food offered at least on the weekend. I would return to this hotel, hopefully to see even more improvements made. read more

It had an outside and inside entrance. Handy for taking luggage in and out.
The humidity in the rooms was very high and the person at the front desk was also in charge of supplying the breakfast room - not a good situation.

The person who cleaned the room never replaced enough towels and plastic glasses. Every day we need to ask for more. We were registered as 2 adults and 2 children and mostly got towels, glasses, etc. for 2. The humidity in the facility was very high - especially in the room. The continental breakfast was not great.

The location was scary at night, not well lit. There were cobwebs in the room. The remote for the TV didn't work, even after we ask to have new batteries put in it. The pool was suppose to be open until 11 and when we arrived at 10 were told it closed at 9. They had put a paper sign over the times originally posted. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. When we tried to use the pool the next day the heated pool was very cold to use and the jacuzzi didn't work. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it. I'd have stayed somewhere else had I have known. It was just me with a17 year old and a 7

Staff was very friendly and helpful however I would not stay there again! Hotel was dirty, no hot water. Overall was very disappointed.

Nicely folded bath towels.
Not very clean, the front entrance and desk smelled of smoke, poor front desk service.

Disgusting! The front lobby smelled awful of smoke and the hotel was very dirty, and unkempt!
