Could have been cleaner and friendlier.

Could have been cleaner and the front desk was snotty when we ask for more towels and a bath mat in our room there was 3 of us and there were only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths the person at the front desk acted like we were bothering him and there was a dead bird in the swimming pool so we did not use it my granddaughter was very disappointed.

The location was nice.
The room was dirty, the tub had mold in it.

Disgusting. Definitely do not go there. This should not even be rated 1 star. I've never stayed in a hotel that had a moldy shower curtain. It would be worth it to pay the extra money to go somewhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was as clean as it was for the price

My expectations were not high for this hotel, based upon the star rating and price that I paid, but I was surprised at how clean the room was. It is not fancy by any means, but we just needed a place to sleep after spending the day at Cedar Point. This hotel served its purpose and I would stay there again.
