I liked that the motel felt safe at night and that it was very affordable.
I did not like that the paint was chipped on the door frames and furniture. It made the overall place feel dirty even though it was technically clean.
The price was very good for this motel but the chipped paint, worn furniture and stained bathtub would keep me away from
staying here again. If you just want to sleep there it is fine overall, especially if price is your top priority.

The staff was very helpful when I went to the desk for coffee; also one lady gave me a bottle of water when I asked if there was any place I could buy.
When the man came to make up my room I could not understand what he was saying. I thought he was looking for another guest!
I was very pleased that my room did have a small refrigerator, microwave and TV, as advertised. My worse experience was not knowing that my room would be serviced by a male who speaks broken English. (I saw a cart outside the window after I turned him away, but I did not open my door.) This wasn't too bad, since I was only there for two nights and didn't really need anything but some more coffee. I have stayed in a few hotels and motels, but this was the first time I made coffee in my room. This was a pleasant experience. read more

Decent Hotel in a small town atmosphere close to hot springs so great value!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was not the best but still good. Great value for a room with king size bed. They also have cable TV and free wi-fi. It's 15 minutes from hot springs so a much better value than staying inside hot springs which would cost more for comparable hotels. It also has a Walmart directly across the street.

The rooms and baths were clean and price great!
It would be helpful to have the
highway exit number as part of the directions and address.
We were a little afraid of the cleanliness and location of the motel but were very happy with the both.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, accommodating when extra linen, and pillows requested.
I and my husband were both well pleased with the service at American Value Motel of Malvern. The close proximity of Super Walmart and surrounding eateries: Wendy's, McDonald's and Waffle House made things much more convenient since unfortunately the motel breakfasts were devoid of any protein, not even egg substitute with hash browns.

The quietness and that's about it.
The beds are horribly uncomfortable.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly but the beds was so uncomfortable. My Spouse and I both had really bad back aches after sleeping in the bed.

The friendly people at the front desk.
I liked everything.
It had a good location, friendly staff, and (most importantly) very clean rooms.
