At least it was close to where we wanted.
Everything was broken. And there were toe-nail clippings and dead skin pieces in the bathroom.

If you are looking for cheap and near Niagara falls, go for it. But bring a sleeping bag, hand sanitizer, and ear muffs (walls are thin!). It is sad to see quaint motels like this falling apart because of the big chains.

The fact we left a day ahead of time.
This place was a filthy dump with terrible management, a true armpit.

Never stay at this motel. Rooms are filthy, management is unresponsive. Rooms are not cleaned. Dirty underwear from a previous guest left hanging in the bathroom. Lights are broken, mold everywhere. Filthy.

Not a good hotel to stay with family.

The hotel was not clean at all and the surroundings were awful with trash bags, etc. Rooms were not at all clean and didn't feel like staying.

Nothing, it was a dump, smelled, unclean, tub didn't work.
The bed had bugs.

It was the worst stay every. The towels were like car rags, paint around tub falling off, and Jacuzzi tub dirty and didn't work.

Price.
Bed linens, bath towels, air infiltration under doors and heating unit, internet did not work.

I would not stay here again, due to a variety of reasons including the well used linens and towels, the continental breakfast that was not available until 8am, the WiFi that did not function, air infiltration under window mounted heater and door. The snow was not removed from previous snowfalls. Certainly will look for other methods of booking hotels.
