I like being close to malls and restaurants and my kids that live in Norfolk.
The internet wasn't available and there wasn't a microwave in the room.
The beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious with enough chairs to sit in, so guests didn't need to sat on the bed. The table was nice with enough room for laptops and food.

It was near everything I needed to go.
They had rodent and roaches trap on the wall, under the bed and in the bathroom or and by the door or behind the dresses, etc.
It was very short trip, it did not live up to the stars.

Reasonable and good value.
Old and out dated.
Overall it was good experience. I did have to request to move into a quieter room, my neighbors decided to have a loud argument. Otherwise, it was OK. Certainly not high class but worth the money.

The coffee was good at the continental breakfast.
Broken chair, not replaced.
The public areas were beautiful. The room was fairly clean and the bathroom was fine but there were not enough linens for 4 people. One of the two chairs was broken and leaned alarmingly. Check in and out was pleasant but getting assistance via the phone was difficult. Would probably not stay there again.

Close to Norfolk Airport.
Internet service was down, staff didn't seem to care. Totally through off my whole experience.
Night desk person doesn't really seem to care about hotel guests. Reported troubles with Internet, but no help from staff.

Clean and very cost effective. The staff was friendly and was helpful. Bathroom was large and clean. Parking was not a problem.
It was snowing and it was tricky going to and from the room. The room door was not secure like it should have, but it was still safe.
This hotel is worth the money for folks looking for good value. It's not the best place you can stay, but it's far from the worse. For short stays and conservative budgets this will work pretty good.

It was spacious and close to my daughter's school.
There was no microwave in the room.
The lobby was decorated beautifully. Colors were rich and vibrant. It's internet service was great.

Nothing.
Everything.
The hotel was a dump. Sheets were extremely bad, and the fire alarm would not stop going off. They wouldn't give us another room in a section where the fire alarm was going off. IT was the worst Valentine's Day ever and we wound up driving back home at 1 in the morning.

Nice location. I will definitely stay there again.
I was checked out a day earlier in their system without my consent. I think that was not funny.
Nice hotel located in the center of Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Portsmouth. I would always recommend it to friends and family members. But the staff members have to be given some good training.
