The lady at the front desk was nice.
It smelled, I got bed bugs, I felt dirty, there were rings of oil on the bedside table - clearly had not been cleaned.

It was close to where I was working.
The place overall was a dump.

Loud music all night long and
WIFI signal was almost non existent the entire stay.

It was near everything I needed to go.
They had rodent and roaches trap on the wall, under the bed and in the bathroom or and by the door or behind the dresses, etc.

It was very short trip, it did not live up to the stars.

Reasonable and good value.
Old and out dated.

Overall it was good experience. I did have to request to move into a quieter room, my neighbors decided to have a loud argument. Otherwise, it was OK. Certainly not high class but worth the money.

The front desk staff went out of its way to help.

The place is nice and clean. It isn't flashy in the slightest, but the rooms are
of decent size and the staff is friendly.

Location.
The internet did not work properly.

The maid service was good. The hotel worked hard to please me. My room was bug free. Breakfast was on time and with a variety of foods to eat. It was a great location for shopping and eating.
