It is clean, friendly and in a somewhat general location. Great access to the air port.
The beds leave a lot to be desired and the air conditioner did not work.
This hotel is not a bad chioce and is usually pretty clean. It has a pool and a breakfast for hte guests. I is great for travel on a budget.

We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Plain and outdated.
Despite my initial uneasy feeling and not so positive impression of the hotel appearance, the staff made our experience positive.

It was clean.
Maids not trained at all - no washcloths day 3, not coffee day 4, etc. Hit and Miss.
Good
place to stay if your business is around the airport area.

Do not recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the surrounding area and parking garage felt unsafe. We were in a nonsmoking room, but the mattress smelled of cigarette smoke.

Having a hotel shuttle and a suite like room was nice.
Most of the hotel staff was rude and the location was in a sketchy area.

The price.
Kitchens without any dishes, cups, silverware or pots & pans.
The price is right. The room was okay. Don't expect to eat from the kitchen because there are no dishes, cups, silverware or pots & pans. You must drive to another part of town to eat. Otherwise, the price is right.

Nice staff.
Location, though not far from airport, isn't great. Terrible to park at. Lobby smells like cigarette smoke--disgusting!
When I arrived, I realized I'd stayed here a few years ago and was not impressed then or now. The lobby still smelled like cigarettes which I found disgusting. Parking is difficult, as it's under the hotel in a very tight and small lot. The room is ok--a bit crowded with the bed and minimum of furniture in the main room. (There were two rooms, with a queen and king bed) Staff was very nice and helpful. Still, I would not stay here again with my kids. I did not think it was worth the 90 dollars or so that I paid. And further, I wanted to leave my car there for the duration of my short trip and it would have cost extra. Given the difficult parking situation in the garage, I decided to just pay extra and park in an airport lot. read more

The fact that there were no drug deals in the hallways.
Old and the fact that there were drug deals in parking lot.
It sucked. No elevator, very narrow stairs, most of the guests I talked to were excons or had been recently evicted. No control of people moving in and out of building during the day since the doors were wedged open.
