Crappy bed front.

We stayed one night, the bed was hard and not very comfortable. The pillows were cheap. The room was unattractive. The lobby looked old and dingy. I
would never stay here again.

Location was okay, not too far away from IHOP.
Wireless didn't reach our room, very disappointing.

We had a great price at this hotel but we were not real happy with it. The wireless didn't reach to our hotel room and we needed to be on our computers!
Also there was a smell of smoke coming into our room even though it was no smoking. Lastly, the TV signal kept going out. I finally just turned it off.

It was conveniently located by restaurants and the airport.
It was dirty, the staff was rude, and I didn't feel valued.

We arrived and were not greeted by the staff of 6 in the office. We had to tell them we wanted to check in. They had parked their 2 hotel shuttles in the only 2 handicap spots which I felt was a blatant disregard for their handicapped patrons. We had to call maintenance to our room twice to fix the toilet and the sink. My husband had to take me to the airport and when we got out to the car, one of the shuttles was blocking our car and 2 other cars in. We attempted to go to the office, but there was a handwritten note saying they'd be back soon. It was very cheap to stay there which was great, but I felt the hotel was not to standards with customer service. read more

Shuttle service took over 1 hr, room smelled bad, no light bulb in lamp, cigarette burn in sheets.
