The hotel room was clean.

Everything was clean, we had good service and it was only about 5 minutes from the Falls.
The room was smaller than we are used to.

The room was small but everything was clean. The maid came every day and replenished the towels and cleaned the bathroom. The location is convenient to the fall.

Staff very unfriendly outdated beds.

If you want a good night sleep pass on this one and the staff just looks at you when you say thank you. Also you have to pay for anything you need, ice, coffee the things you usually get with the room there is a charge.
