This is a nice, clean, affordable, place to stay for a night or two while taking in the things to see and do in Tyler.

Clean, comfortable and inexpensive.
Nothing worth mentioning.
I got what I paid for: a clean, comfortable room and bed which afforded me a very good night's sleep. Continental breakfast is simple but I was able to enjoy a very nice breakfast.

The location was in a good location.
The stair treads were missing making the climb of the stairs dangerous!
If your low on money and want to slum then this is the place for you!

It was clean, pet friendly, quiet, easy to get to and had truck parking that was easy in and out.
The breakfast, could have been better.
The room was clean and smoke free. There were a few small things that could have been better. But it was in the process of being upgraded so it will most likely get fixed. It was pet friendly. It was easy to find and to get in and out off. Very well lit up at night and easy excess to restaurants and Wall-Mart. It had truck parking. Easy in and out.

Was very nice and had a lot to offer.
Found garbage in the ice holder and the ice machine didn't even work.
Wonderful resort! We liked it so much we bought a timeshare there!

It's proximity to the places I had to visit.
There was nothing that was displeasing to me.
This hotel is one that I would recommend to others for the price. I was very comfortable as was the atmosphere. I did notice that management was in the process of upgrading furnishings, but it in no ways disturbed my stay.

It was easy to get to in Tyler.
It was dirty looking.
I chose our room because it was supposed to have a sofa sleeper which it did not. Our room was also on the back of the hotel and the parking nearest our room was not lighted well. Overall the hotel on the backside had an unsafe feel which worried me to leave my car parked there over night. The free breakfast the next morning had about three items on it and two of them were cereal! read more

Convenient to our destination.
Rudeness of the first desk clerk.
Our daughter arrived first. The clerk could not find our reservations. He refused to take our confirmation numbers on our cell phone. He told my daughter he was only doing her a favor to allow them to go ahead and check in since we were still about 20 minutes away on the other side of town. Evidently a lady was the manager and told the young man to check her family into a room. They were quite nice to us when we arrived later. read more

Convenient access to major roads, friendly staff, nice place.
No quick access to ice or vending machines.
Overall this is a great place to stay for this star rating. Convenient access to downtown or major roads. Large parking area for trailers and such. Looks remodeled recently, within a couple of years. Very friendly staff, security cameras throughout, and good rooms make this a good for the money place to stay.

Refrigerator in the room. Clean bathroom, good location.
Smelled of old smoker, ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work.
Very friendly staff, good location, great for one night stop, some rooms off the main highway so you don't hear all the traffic.
