The magazine covers from the 1920's that covered the walls were very interesting.

Do not use this hotel unless you are a smoker. If you are a smoker and pet lover, you will probably enjoy your stay.

The hotel room had bricks that made it look like a castle.
The mattress was a little firm.

I loved this hotel. It's about a 20 minute drive to the Dells from the hotel. Everything was neat and cleans in my room. Everything in the room was in good repair. Lobby area is comfortable and spacious. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioning in my room. I called the front desk and someone came in about 3 minutes. She showed me where the switch was on the thermostat (it's underneath), I felt embarrassed, but she was very courteous and helpful. As a side note, the beds are a bit hard; but that's more of a personal preference thing.
