Welcome to the Americas Best Value Inn of West Frankfort, Illinois located just off I-57 at Exit 65. We offer you a clean and friendly environment for your stay in West Frankfort. The inn is located right on Factory Outlet Blvd. We are close to many attractions, shopping destinations, and restaurants. Complimentary wireless hi-speed Internet access is available for all our guests. We offer large suites and rooms with one or two beds. All of our rooms are furnished with a microwave, mini-fridge, color cable TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and complimentary continental breakfast. Lumpy mattress and could feel the springs.

Value priced for leisure travel, I could almost not sleep on the bed. I could feel the springs very clearly. The staff is very friendly, but the area is secluded and a little scary.

Kind of run down. Staff was a little short/unfriendly.

It's an okay stay, considering the options in this town, but definitely not anything to brag about.

We stayed at this motel last year and it seemed a little nicer. For a small town motel, it was probably up to expectations. And, the price was ok.

Did not want pets at facility.

If they do not want pets then they should help to make arrangements for taking care of them or allow them in the rooms.
