Overall it was a great location off of major freeway, easily accessible, quiet and clean and comfortable. Other than my son getting stuck in the hand by a needle in the bedspread it was a good experience.

This hotel met mine and my family's needs for comfortable lodging nicely situated off a major freeway, within short driving distance of major attractions. My parents have used this hotel frequently in the past when visiting family in the area, and have felt the same as the previous comments.

Was about what I expected. A bit older than most Americ Inns, but was clean and was just what we needed, no more and no less. We had the last room on the end of the hall, next to the freeway--right on top of the frontage road, and it was obvious the hotel was not full that night. I was too tired to ask for another room in a quieter section of the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean, location was ok.

Was very easy to find and was very close to the mall of America. It was very clean even though it was a little older. The manager was very accommodating when my daughter's swimming suit was ruined due to chemical issues with the hot tub. The hot tub was immediately fixed.

Over-all a nice stay. They do however need to replace some of the furniture.

All previous experiences at Americans have been wonderful until this one. I think it might have been one of the earlier built ones and is in desperate need of an update. Beds were totally unsatisfactory.
