The hotel was fine. Very similar to other hotels from that chain.
It took 50 minutes to check out. Billing problems, computer and printer didn't work.

The hotel was fine, the people were friendly, but due to computer and printer problems and confusion with the billing, it took us 50 minutes to check out and we were late to see a speaker we had driven 250 miles to see.

Loved the popcorn wagon.
Can't think of anything didn't like.

The beds were very comfortable. I liked the pillows. It was really quiet and seemed soundproof. The temperature of the pool was just right. The whirlpool with the jets in the floor was ideal.

The pass key did not work a couple of times so a trip to the front desk was necessary to get it recalibrated.

Very quiet considering its location so close to a interstate.

The popcorn machine didn't work.

This was a great hotel! The rooms were clean and nice. The lobby was very inviting with the fireplace going on a cold night in January in Minnesota! Would stay here again. It was easily accessible from the interstate and close to shopping and restaurants.

Quietness, cleanliness, good breakfast, comfortable.
Got smoking rooms instead of non-smoking.

Hotel was very clean, room was nice for this type of hotel. Rooms were quiet and you could not hear outside of your room. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. We would definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again!
