The hotel was fine. Very similar to other hotels from that chain.
It took 50 minutes to check out. Billing problems, computer and printer didn't work.

The hotel was fine, the people were friendly, but due to computer and printer problems and confusion with the billing, it took us 50 minutes to check out and we were late to see a speaker we had driven 250 miles to see.

Sauna was warmer than in most motels.
TV Channel Limitations.

Clean, comfortable rooms, a continental breakfast, close to major highways (although away from most business and leisure destination spots within the Twin Cities).

High speed internet, breakfast, clean rooms.
The bed and overall bedding could use some improvement.

I spend about 260 days a year in hotels. This hotel, is above average. It has a nice pool and hot tub. The hotel staff is very friendly and the overall condition is great.
