The pass key did not work a couple of times so a trip to the front desk was necessary to get it recalibrated.
Very quiet considering its location so close to a interstate.

Continental breakfast was very good.
The swimming pool was out of order for quite a while.

Quietness, cleanliness, good breakfast, comfortable.
Got smoking rooms instead of non-smoking.
Hotel was very clean, room was nice for this type of hotel. Rooms were quiet and you could not hear outside of your room. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. We would definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again!

Easy to find and get off and on the interstate.
Ran out of pillows, bed not very comfortable, no restaurant.
Continental breakfast was nice, no shuttles traveling to or from hotel, fine for the price.

It is in a good location, easily accessible.
There was very poor air quality in the hallways and elevator. We inquired and was told that was just how it was.
The front desk staff was not interested in our concerns and seemed very low key. Also the same with the morning front desk staff. He never even looked up from his computer when people walked out in the morning. Something was different with staff. We will not stay in that place again.

Room near garbage dumpster awakened one night.

Great location, just off the interstate, easy to get to.
The bed, it could have been a little more comfortable.
The room was clean, the bed not as comfy as we would have liked. It also seems when you book a room at a discounted rate, you get the "discount room", it was right across from the ice machine, right next to an exit. It was fairly quiet though considering the location. I would never pay their normal room rate, $90 and up, but it was definitely worth the $60 we paid.

We'd never stayed in this part of the Twin Cities and found the location to be wonderful.
Both mornings, the first at 7:15am, the second at 9:45am, the dining area was so crowded we could not eat breakfast.
The location was great, accessible to everything we were doing on this trip. The staff was very friendly, one gentleman giving us dining recommendation at a little known restaurant that turned out to be a great meal.

I liked the location of the hotel.
I did not like the continental breakfast. I think that the bread was very stale and the milk was sour.
I was pleased with the room that we stayed in. It was perfect for us to stay in with another couple. I felt that the hot tub was very uncomfortable, but the pool was very nice. The staff was also very nice. I also stayed at another hotel the following night. I was very unhappy about the location of the hotel and would not choose to stay in that area again. I felt it was very dangerous location and very hard to reach. We were skeptical to leave the hotel because of safety reasons and for fear of not finding our way back. We would have cancelled our 2nd night's stay at the Radisson. read more
