The pool was great with the slide.

Easy on off the highway, the kids loved the slide and pool, the hot tub was the best we encountered in the Black Hills.

centrally located to everything needed; clean and comfortable; biker friendly which is a plus!
Room could be alittle bigger and would have liked a microwave and frig

Staff was very friendly and efficient; we had a stopped up sink and lightbulbs out and it was fixed w/in a few hours; we had a truck w/a trailer and when we took the truck out and came back other guests even though told not to, parked in front of our trailer; the hotel staff was very gracious and found the person and had them move their vehicle right away.

We all, really enjoyed the slide at the swimming pool room. Very attractive for kids.
We don't have any thing to say.

It was a very pleasent experience, definately we are considering AmericInn for our next time trip.

Parking! We took a space near the door to check in.The area was so small we hit the brick post trying to get out & did significant damage to our car.

The hotel was so-so. Not great, but not the worst. The entry door was single and not automatic. It could have been easier to enter and more inviting. The staff were friendly, but not professional. The internet maps didn't always agree with the actual streets making it harder to locate. The parking lot was very small. We parked in a space across from the main door to check in. When we tried to leave there were other vehicles parked by us, within their lines. It was such a tight squeeze and such short spaces that while trying to back up without hitting the cars next to us, we hit the brick post of the hotel porch, doing significant damage to the back of our vehicle. Don't think we were the first to have this problem either! It puts a real damper on the vacation. The room was clean and that was nice! read more
