The staff tried to be accommodating, but the management failed miserably!
Cold heated pool, cool hot-tub and cold shower in room!

We stay at this hotel mainly to be able to relax in the pool and hot-tub during our "fal retreat" weekend with friends. We drove 300 miles to stay here in Shawano. Overall, our stay was miserable. We checked in on Thursday, another couple joined us on Friday, and we all left Sunday morning. We had no hot water in either of our rooms our entire stay. The hotel staff was notified Friday morning that we had no hot water. They looked into it and kept replying, we need a new hot water heater, but nothing ever changed. In my opinion, I would never stay at this hotel again. read more

Beautiful lobby area, friendly staff, great continental breakfast.
Kids running up and down hall, very noisy. Also, would have liked an iron and board in the room; the front desk did supply one when requested though.

Very clean, convenient, economically priced hotel. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Continental breakfast was delicious and well stocked. There was a large group of hockey kids staying at the hotel who were noisy and running up & down the halls, knocking on doors, for quite some time, and even stuck their heads in one of our rooms.
