This hotel was conveniently located. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
We did not have enough time in our schedule to spend enough time there.

Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and clean. We would use it again if in the area.

Poor beds, poor room, poor staff!

If ever given the choice. My wife and I would pick a different motel in the Storm Lake, Iowa, area. The Storm Lake Baymont Inn had a poor staff, poor facility, poor beds, dirty room and was less than desirable to stay in.

Hotel remedied problem that arose in a timely manner.
Pool closed early.

Room was adequate, unfortunate that a double room is only full size beds vs. queen. Pool closes at 10, rather than 11 like most hotels. Staff remedied problem that arose in a timely fashion.

Clean and economical with friendly staff.
Mattress was uncomfortable for me but not for my husband.

Motel has clean, well stocked rooms. Attractive pool/hot tub area. Average continental breakfast. Great staff.

They gave us free drink coupons to a steak house when I asked for a recommendation.
There was an iron but no ironing board.

The hotel was nice. Had to stay in a smoking room though. Smelled bad. Bought a candle & burned it all night. The staff was very accommodating & friendly.

Quiet and had everything I needed.
Smoking rooms on the first floor. Move them upstairs so we don't have to walk through it.

Other than the smoking issue, they were very accommodating.
