Great rooms! Well re-designed.
Pizza was terrible.

Unexpected pleasure, just a couple miles north of Mayfair Mall and lots of large Milw area employers. Hotel was redesigned and refurbished. Very nicely done. Although they have gotten very innovative with the bar and food service, the food I had was not great. It was inexpensive and not good.

Beautiful and well layed out - very enjoyable stay!
Road construction around the hotel but not the hotel's fault!

The hotel was quite lovely - comparable to an upscale "boutique" hotel without the "boutique" price. The staff was impeccable - I would highly recommend for any age of traveler - business or leisure!

Comfortable room and easily accessible to freeway and mall.
The continental breakfast was lacking (toast and cereal).

Hotel was clean and nice. Room had a slight chemical or cleaner smell to it. Would probably stay there again since it was close to where we needed to be.

Very nice friendly personnel. Quiet. Modern. Very good beds.
Not homey, more modern in decor. More business like.

The Hyatt provides a lovely stay with kind and helpful staff, an enjoyable pool area, modern rooms and facilities, and a satisfying continental breakfast. The rooms are sleek with modern flat screens and computer access. The beds provided for a comfortable sleep arrangement.

No soap, or other toiletries. No working iron. Not a good area of town.

Almost late to meeting while waiting 20 minutes for a working iron to be delivered to room in the morning since no one on staff had a key to the housekeeping room and there were no housekeeping staff on site.

comfortable bed and living room area
no hot tub

The hotel was great the swinging flat screen allowed lounging in the bed or the comfortbale sofa. Free Wi-fi is great. Very nice hotel and very "modern."
