The maid always tidied the room nicely.
It was in a dire need for an extreme makeover, especially the bathroom.
The complimentary breakfast was day old doughnuts and bread. The bathroom had been patched up a few too many times. It's due time for a remodel. The staff seemed friendly though. Our maid always had our little girls blankets folded neatly on the bed then positioned their stuffed animals next to the pillows each day.

The staff was very friendly.
Continental breakfast.
The continental breakfast had too much junk food, especially when you are teaching children to eat healthy. They had (Danish, donuts, bagels, bread, frosted cereal, margarines). I give my kids oatmeal but they did not have any fruit. The key to my room had a problem. But every thing else was good. I would stay there again.

It was located in Anaheim and priced low enough that a state employee could stay there.
The bathtub faucet leaked and the apple juice was dirty.
The bad news first: The bathtub faucet dripped profusely and I told the front desk about it. The guy said someone would be up in 5 minutes to fix it, but no one ever came. Also, this building has exterior doors, so you do not feel as safe as you would if it had interior hallways. In addition, the continental breakfast actually served was cold cereal, tang, dirty apple juice with black things floating in it, no bagels, no Crispy Kreme doughnuts, but rather Danishes wrapped in plastic. The good news: This hotel was affordable, seemed clean and located in Anaheim. read more

Shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.
No handicap room with 2 beds.
All the staff is very friendly. Shuttle driver was willing to make special trips just for us because of the wheelchair. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

The front desk clerk was nice.
The carpet.
The hotel was fine for me and my family for the night. I would stay there probably every time I come see my cousin play for the angels.

It was good!
The computer for hotel guests was down all weekend.
We go to Anaheim every weekend for hockey. This hotel was nice, I just wish the hotel computer for guest use was working. Other then that everything was very nice.
