The location.
Staff was unfriendly. Breakfast was removed too early. The hotel smelled funky and seemed like a converted house.
I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was not friendly or professional. The hotel itself smelled musty and seemed like an old converted house. The price was decent, but I'm sure there are far better accommodations to be had at that price range. Continental breakfast was cheap and wasn't served late enough.

Room was very small and in need of significant updating. Blankets still had cigarette burns in them from who knows when.
Room was small and outdated.

Staff and management were very friendly and helpful.
The pool was quite small and a little on the cool side.
Very conveniently located in Portsmouth where it was near shopping, restaurants and Water Country. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any requests that we made. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to families traveling with young children as well as business travelers.

Decent and clean accomodations for the price we paid
Nothing bad, just not as modern as you would expect; rooms rather small
Nice place to bring the family, from where you can easily drive to the nearby beaches. No luxury but clean and rather calm

Breakfest was crap, beds are lousy.

convenient to main roads.
it was a basic hotel, nothing exciting.
The booking person had made a mistake and only booked one room when I had paid for two. Fortunately there was another room nearby. The staff member I had dealings with was very friendly and helpful.
