Solo Traveler
This hotel was great. We went back for a second night. It was clean, the staff was friendly and it met all of our expectations. It was just a short drive to downtown Portsmouth and convenient to the hwy.

Business Traveler
The hotel offers easy access to I-95 and the Newington Mall area. The rooms are clean and spacious. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel to avoid the noise of the traffic circle in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was not friendly or professional. The hotel itself smelled musty and seemed like an old converted house. The price was decent, but I'm sure there are far better accommodations to be had at that price range. Continental breakfast was cheap and wasn't served late enough.

Very conveniently located in Portsmouth where it was near shopping, restaurants and Water Country. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any requests that we made. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to families traveling with young children as well as business travelers.
