Very small rooms

Arc The Hotel is a nice boutique hotel which is clean and relatively centrally located. The only con of the hotel is the room size, which is ideally suited for 1 or 2 people maximum.

The rooms were well decorated and incredibly clean.
The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms are located very close to the beds.

Clean rooms, lobby and restaurants seem very nice.
Valet parking seemed disorganized, they had an individual at the front desk that either could not speak English or had diminished mental capacity.

The room was extremely small however the location and atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. Valet parking is the only parking option available ($25). Check in and check out were smooth and easy.

Staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly, overall the staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable.
The rooms were very small and crowded, the TV was an old 27". The bathroom was small.

They call it a boutique hotel, which is code word for small. Everything was well done, but just too cramped for my liking.
