Description of Arena Hotel
The Arena Hotel is located on The Alameda in downtown San Jose, one blockfrom the HP Pavilion, home of the San Jose Sharks. After a sporting eventor concert you can slip into a large Jacuzzi tub in the privacy of your ownroom. Along with your stay, you will receive a Free Hot Breakfast and Morning Newspaper, Free Light Dinner (Monday-Thursday from 5:30-7:00 pm only), and Free Wi-Fi High Speed Internet access. Each room comes equipped with a mini-kitchenette with a microwave,refrigerator, and coffee maker. All rooms have remote control cable TVwith Pay-Per-View movies and stereo systems. On-site laundry facilities andsame-day dry cleaning make a longer stay easier and more enjoyable. San Jose has much to offer during your stay from top-notch theaters, museums,sports attractions, concerts, musicals and many fine restaurants. I loved the in room jacuzzi. Exactly what I expected.
Our king size bed room had broken
AC so got moved to a 2 queen room.

Great stay. Good morning breakfast. Just disappointed that we had to queen size beds instead of One king. Little less romantic.

Beautiful mirrored lobby and spacious room.
Jet tube put out a sort of funk when turned on so we didn't use the jets.

I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and very convenient for seeing a show at the Arena. We were served a full breakfast and a salad like dinner. The room was a smoking room and needed a little more ventilation but was otherwise great. It was very spacious and comfortable.

Right next to the HP arena.
Very long walk to the room.

Quite adequate. Nothing extraordinary, but very clean and pleasant. If I go to another hockey game I'll certainly book here again.

The fact that they provide a nice breakfast and dinner for guests
Beds were comfortable but to soft and tv seletion was minimal

the hotel was in a great location, staff was wonderfully helpful, the stay was very comforting, the full kitchen in the suite were wonderful and the 2 person jaccuzzi tubs in the rooms were fabulous
