It's great location! Free breakfast and dinner.
Needs new carpet everywhere. very dirty floors, old.
Great location, free meals, friendly staff. Rooms were clean, but floors need to be replaced with new carpet. Great location.

love this location.
Mold in the bathroom, ran out of towels and jets not working.
The location was great within walking distance to the concert. The service was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast and evening snack were descent. Atmosphere very nice. I hate to add this but the general upkeep of the hotel needs some much needed attention.

Run down room and no room service.
Overall, this hotel was good for what we needed. Which was a place to stay after our concert. The window was broken and would not open so I was pretty miserable. I was also disappointed that there is no kind of room service. The hotel is very old and little run down. I did really enjoy the Jacuzzi tubs though. It's a nice location and a quaint little place if you do not have high expectations. I did feel I pad way more than what I got though. read more

Very convenient. We just walked to the HP Pavilion for the concert.
Just outdated furnishings and the 3rd floor smelled like someone's been smoking in the hallway.
If you're going to the HP Pavilion for a show, and just want to walk to the area to spare yourself from fighting the parking madness, this is the hotel for you.

Convenient to HP Pavilion and offered complimentary dinner & breakfast.
Could use a little upgrading.
Went to a concert at HP Pavilion. Saved money because we took advantage of the complementary dinner & breakfast and could walk to the concert so no parking fee. The food was OK. Room was clean and had a refrigerator. Was perfect for what we needed it for. Would definitely come again if attending another concert. Good value!

Incredible waste in packaging, paper plates, plastic forks and the like.
A good budget hotel for a Sharks game.
