Consistency even in the people/service factor accross the entire stay.
Intercontinental club floor lounge was only open from 6 - 8 pm in the evening.

We were disappointed in the hotel - not quite the standard of Australian Intercontinental Hotels in hospitality and service.

The breakfast next morning was cold and soggy. One staff member was quite good, but the remainder were very cool. The standard was nowhere as good as Australian Intercontinental hotels. Very disappointing overall.
