I really liked the many summer activities available.
Some areas are very dated, food and drink quite expensive.

We went to this hotel as a weekend getaway for the family. Our daughter is 7 years old. We really liked the many summer activities planned and this is why we chose the hotel. Some parts of our room and areas of the hotel are very dated, but it is a historic hotel.

The room was spacious and the staff very friendly.
Carpet in our room was clean but worn.

We had a wonderful time at the Biltmore. We had an amazing suite next to the main pool, it was a perfect location. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We can't wait to go back.

Super friendly staff! Upgraded our room for free because it was my wife's birthday!
I have nothing bad to say about it.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. It was absolutely hassle-free from roll up to roll out. The room (which the front personnel upgraded for free upon learning that we were celebrating my wife's birthday) was clean and beautiful. Tons of space, separate tub and shower, isolated toilet, sitting area, stocked mini fridge and refreshment center, pool view, patio with seating, comfortable bed, etc. Exactly what I would expect for the money I spent and more.
