The cleanliness.
The staff was unfriendly. The room service was almost non-existent. Had a real awkward atmosphere.
This hotel should only be used for U.T. students and traveling business men or women visiting the campus. It was like a large dormitory and the staff treated you as such. I would, based on the service, poorly trained staff, and room service insufficiency- give this hotel a 2 maybe a 3 star rating.

The common areas were beautiful, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.
This was the perfect starting point for our trip to Austin - and it's well situated next to UT and the downtown area. The lobby is beautiful, the room was well-appointed, and the courtyard was a perfect place for relaxing. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use the pool and fitness center, but we were impressed with the facilities.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Movies were listed as in room feature but in actuality did not exist. After we had searched, chosen and clicked pay for movie.
The hotel was new, nicely furnished and a very friendly staff, however, is located on the University of Texas campus. It has the atmosphere of a college facility and not a four star hotel that is for tourists. In fact there are college offices and classes held in the hotel and we were there Monday through Wednesday and experienced that it was virtually empty except for students. One restaurant never opened as far as we could tell. The TV and remote controls were not user friendly. We tried to order a movie that was featured as available to hotel guests but after searching and paying for the movie were informed that AT&T had not purchased that option for guests to use and no movies were available. The room felt more like a business setup than for tourist or romantic travel but it was very spacious and clean. read more

The staff was amazing! So helpful and friendly!
No bottled water.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. When I found out we were staying at the AT&T conference center hotel, it sounded really unappealing! But that couldn't be further from the truth. It was beautiful, appealing and inviting. The rooms were a great size and the staff was so helpful. When we dined at the restaurant and wanted to take our leftovers with us, they called the front desk and made sure that a microwave was in our room by the time we went back to our room. I also forgot my iphone plug in and they had one I could use during my stay. read more
