No flat screens in all the rooms.

I am very veriest in hotels, with worldly traveling experiences. This one is a 4 to 5 star.

The public areas were often cigarette smoking, noisy casino areas.

If you can tolerate having to negotiate loud, cigarette smoke filled gaming areas to get to your room and your meeting rooms, then this will be a bargain. My room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The most popular restaurants in the hotel were dreadful.
