The rooms were spacious and the public spaces very clean.
It's location is in a semi-industrial area which is not very attractive. But it is right off the highway.

Charge for internet.

I resent having to pay for internet service in a hotel of this quality. Raise the room rate but don't insult the guest with an additional $12.95 charge to use the internet. The lower end hotels provide internet without an upcharge.

Very lovely place to stay, clean, and a helpful staff.
We asked for a queen or king size bed and there were 2 doubles in the room. We did not contact the staff about this.

Very nicely decorated, quiet, other than not getting the size bed requested it was a very pleasant stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and the overall appearance of the hotel was immaculate. It was very central and easy to locate.
