The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We woke up to water in our room.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was very courteous and helpful the entire stay. Our room was beautiful with a great view overlooking the Savannah river. The room next to us flooded in the night and some of it leaked into our room but the staff immediately offered us a new room with complimentary late check out.

Someone entered our room with a key a midnight no security

I am a gold card member of this change of hotel not impressed at all with security at this location would not recommend it at all.

It was located on the riverfront in Augusta which provides beautiful scenery.
The dust ruffles on the beds were not very clean.

Overall my experience was good. The only thing I would say is that the room was next to the vending machines. It was a little noisy.

The housekeeping staff spent a lot of time talking in the hallway outside our room.

It is a beautiful hotel right on the river.

It was a nice building and decorated very well.
The air conditioning was not working and were hot.

A lovely place to stay and relax. The rooms were big and roomy.

We really enjoyed the brunch in the hotel restaurant.

This a large hotel with a lot going on. The restaurant was fantastic and the lobby is amazing. Everyone was very nice.
