The hotel was quite nice, but the disappointment was that it had been billed as a 5 star property, and it should have been in only the 4 star category. This undercuts the trust in Priceline that you will get something of the quality you anticipated.

Solo Traveler
The bathroom was in need for a renovation, there was mold in the grouting and the sink was clogged and did not drain properly. The TV in the room was very disappointing as well very dated.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Professional and courteous staff in a great location, but the rooms need to be re-modeled/modernized. It was a great value, and the rooms were nice enough, just not what we were expecting out of a hotel with a 5-star.

This hotel lived up to my expectations of a 5 star hotel. The room was a good size, with a view of the harbour bridge. The staff were courtious & efficient. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Great hotel for the leisure traveler. Our room was a great size. Besides having a separate closet area, there was a distinct area for watching TV with a sofa, chair and coffee table. Our room was kept impeccably clean by the housekeeping staff.
