The staff were fantastic. Also, free laundry, nice to pack a bag for the next leg with all clean clothes.
The location, outside of the central business district required a bit more travel to restaurants, etc. Than I like. Beautiful river & park in front!

My high expectations of Crowne Plaza were fulfilled. The staff were excellent. Very friendly, efficient. The concierges all were true to their profession. I felt that everyone honestly wanted me to have a great stay. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

The view of the swan river was beautiful.
Dinner was expensive and un-substantial, waitress was never around.

This hotel was in a beautiful setting, park and river view was wonderful. When we got our room it faced the back and looked at a construction site but, when we asked to switch if another room was available, the staff found us one with a picture perfect view, and it made our stay much more enjoyable. Everyone at front desk and concierge were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was fine, dinner was so-so. They sent me wrong order and would not admit it. Fun to use free bus loops and trains were fine, easy access to Fremantle. Perth is a beautiful place. read more
