The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Smoking in the lobby and restaurant.

This is a good hotel to stay in. The staff was friendly and very helpful with our 16-month old. The rooms are small (typical for Europe), but very clean. The hotel was extremely easy to find and located just a few minutes from the Underground (which was a 10-minute ride to downtown Vienna).

Very small room and uncomfortable hide a bed.

Close to metro. Not convenient to walking places though. Close to gardens and palace grounds.
