Lovely lobby, entrance, and a kind staff.
Tram stop for hotel at night is unsafe - empty streets and close to train station.

The outward appearance of this hotel is lovely as is the lobby. The bar/restaurant area is dim and poorly furnished in style unlike that of hotel traditional look. Breakfast is expensive and so is internet! The room is too dimly lit and the tub and bathroom floor were not very clean.

stop to chek-in in front of the hotel.

Our good impression was shadowed by the discomfort related to the places for stop to check-in. There are civil persons who survey the parking areas of the city. They hunt the foreigner tourists who don’t know the parking rules in the front of the hotel when they make the check-in. The hotel administration must do something about this.

Poor service.

The breakfast buffet offered very little, despite the price of 14 euros. At breakfast, I had to ask for butter, and it was spoiled. On the first day, our room was cleaned. On the second day, our room had not been cleaned and the bed was not made. When we complained on our way out, they sent up fresh towels but our bed was still not made and the room had not been cleaned.

Very quiet, clean, close to public transit.
No restaurant (bar only).

Wonderfully quiet hotel, convenient to public transit (tram on the corner, Metro/subway a few blocks away), grocery market and internet cafe within steps. Definitely recommend!
