Front desk staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful.
For a four-star hotel, there was rust on some fixtures, dust built up in the vents.

We had a junior suite, and there was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable.
Outdoor pool that was closed.

Terrific location to get to Miracle Mile and very clean rooms. The staff was responsive and professional. It has an outdoor pool, so don't count on using it during winter months. Room service was prompt and the portions were huge.

The bathtub/shower was a bit dirty & the room smelled like stale smoke.

I liked the hotel, but it wasn't quite what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel. We requested a non-smoking room, but our room still smelled like smoke. And when I took a shower, there was some visible dirt in the bottom of the tub. Otherwise, everything was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Clean, simple, large rooms.
Cheap windows with no heat/noise insulation.

A simple hotel that is nothing close to a 4 star. Although concierge services were great, door staff and phone operator were less than friendly. The rooms were large and clean. The beds were very comfortable, but the windows were very bad offering no insulation from the cold or noise. The heater in the room was very noisy. I would have been very upset if I were to have paid full price for the room. read more
