Built in 2001, the Ayres Hotel Anaheim is an upscale boutique hotel near Disneyland attractions. The hotel's decor and interiors draw their inspiration from the French countryside. The hotel is located next to the Honda Center (formerly the Arrowhead Pond) and within easy walking distance of the Angel Stadium. For onsite recreation, enjoy the swimming pool, whirlpool, and fitness room. Guests receive a complimentary hot and cold buffet breakfast with their room rate. Monday through Thursday evenings, guests are invited to attend the hotel manager's reception for complimentary snacks and beverages. Although there is not a full service restaurant inside the hotel, there are excellent dining choices as close as next door. Within walking distance, guests will be able to reach JT Schmidt's Microbrewery, Lazy Dog Cafe, and Acapulco?s. Beds were comfortable, very clean room.
They said they were queen size beds - appear much smaller - as in double size.

Except for the size of the beds, everything was just fine - as advertised. About 5 minutes from Disney. They might have had print out directions to the parking at Disney. Breakfast was OK - nothing special. My argument is the size of the beds. I have queens at home, and these beds were smaller than what I have at home.

I liked everything about it.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay except for the rude treatment we received from a staff member in the dining room. He had a very bad attitude and acted condescendingly towards me and my family. It look like he was miserable and didn't want to be there doing that job.

Beautiful decor and comfy bed.
The TVs are smaller than usual.

The perfect location for the people attending an event at the Honda Center. Not only is it right across the street, but there's also a wonderful restaurant right next door. Don't miss the cookies on the front desk in the evening--delicious!

Just like they said, close to ball park!
The waffle iron had been stolen!

Really attractive and looks it says, European. Especially the art work. The rooms are great, we had a leather reclining chair which was lovely. Also a small frig and microwave. Usually with all that the place is a little worn, but this was as fresh as a daisy. Good housekeeping from those who make the beds to those who replace worn items.
