Banana Bay Resort And Marina

I stayed the night, all I really wanted was the bed, but the next day when we walked around it was pretty lame, the place needs a face lift, there was no one at the Kayak rental place, which was kind of lame. Overall, pay as little as possible and use it as a place to sleep. There's an OK restaurant next door.

It is fine for a place to go for a night or two if you are traveling through. Not a destination for a prolonged vacation. The price for the room is out of line with the accommodations.
Tiles in the pool are chipped and missing. Public bathrooms in the pool area are in terrible shape and smelled bad. All the carpets were in need of a shampoo or replacement.

Staff was friendly. Location was hidden back from the road and grounds were nice. Rooms were pleasant enough. Did not eat there or use the hot tub or pool.

The hotel personnel were very friendly. I like the tropical foliage at the hotel. That the rooms were set back from the street. Large pool area.

Great location but very old. A definite diamond in the rough. Staff was friendly but too laid back.

The hotel doesn't look impressive from the road but was perfect in every way. Great staff, many food options and beautiful location.
