Hotel grounds & view were beautiful!
Bed was hard & pillows where flat.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the Hotel was Beautiful but we were the only American travelers with little Spanish so it was hard to communicate with anyone.

room dirty till 5 pm and shower not working

The staff were perplexed re booking thru u and the costs really escalated for extra kids in the room.
