Great historical site, nice location, central Eureka.
Restaurant experience was sub-par.
The Basin Park is a great hotel, replete with history and panache. We had a great overall experience, although I cannot recommend the restaurant. I will dine elsewhere next time. That's a weak spot in an otherwise great experience!

Location.
Musty and dark and the food was not good.
Great location and easy walking distance to all the shops.

Loved the old decor and restaurant.
Some of the service was questionable.

Staff treated us like royalty!
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel!
The staff was friendly and treated us like royalty. They were able to recommend restaurants and many different things to do in the immediate area. My husband and I will stay at this hotel from now on. We have stayed at more than 20 hotels in the Eureka Springs area and this one was by far the best. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

The great location to everywhere.
Parking down the hill.
It was a great place to stay. A great location for any place you wanted to be at in Eureka Springs. The room was large and modestly furnished. If you enjoy the unique, comfortable yet historic its a great place to be.
